Computer Center Assistant
The Main Library location has a part-time position available in our Computer Center. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dedicated to excellent customer service, and passionate about working with all members of the community.
In this role you will:
· Providing excellent customer service to library users.
· Assisting customers with logging into computers, accessing websites, and formatting documents.
· Assisting customers with printing from PCs and mobile devices, scanning, copying, and faxing.
· Preparing devices and the Computer Training Room for classes.
· Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for library users.
· Data entry.
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in a customer service environment.
· Hands-on experience using desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, software, and apps.
· Successful completion of a computer skills assessment test.
· Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred.
Part-Time: 18 hours per week; schedule subject to change and may include day, evening, and weekend hours.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Plus benefits
