This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the operations of a busy and dedicated healthcare team focused on improving patient care and outcomes. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations. Coordinate patient care activities and ensure high-quality service delivery. Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation and management. Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and patients to enhance communication and care. Utilize healthcare management software to streamline operations and reporting. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve clinic operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred. 5+ years of proven experience in a management role in a busy medical practice. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in billing and revenue cycle management including specialty billing for infusion therapy. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion. Preferred Experience Rheumatology or specialty practice experience. Proficiency with NextGen EMR system. Familiarity with inusion workflows and medication billing. Experience with change management and practice growth initiatives.
