$70,000 to start

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our firm's mission and values.

• Design and execute campaigns and manage email marketing through CRM and marketing channels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement campaigns that enhance client engagement and brand awareness.

• Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine our marketing approach, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our audience.

• Oversee the creation of compelling content that communicates our commitment to education, trust, and collaboration.

• Manage and mentor a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to optimize marketing efforts and expand our reach.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to guide future strategies and decisions.

• Manage the department budget to ensure ROI and COA align with expectations and annual targets.

• Own the marketing tech stack and CRM with a working knowledge of technical SEO and the vernacular that would allow effective communication internally and with external partners.

Qualifications:
