With this approach, our small but fast-growing team is having a big impact taking on challenges in healthcare program integrity – safeguarding programs like Medicare and Medicaid by preventing fraud, waste, and abuse. About the Role Fundamentally, this role is for someone who likes solving problems with data. To take these analytic projects from end to end, we need your help in: Context: Understanding the client’s problem and identifying the right research questions Data: Corralling the data needed for analysis by cleaning, linking, and structuring large datasets Analysis: Deploying the right analytic tool for the job and interpreting the results Delivery: Bringing the results together in a narrative and communicating it effectively Qualifications We are growing rapidly and looking for people at all stages of their careers, from new grads to analytics experts. Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent technical training Programming: Basic to intermediate experience with Python, SQL, or R Analysis: Exceptional problem-solving skills with an understanding of statistical/social science research methods This position is full-time onsite.
