Senior Clinical Research Scientist

Senior Clinical Research Scientist position in the Medical department at a biopharmaceutical company focused on antibody therapeutics. The role involves leading or co-leading clinical trials, developing clinical strategy, and managing regulatory submissions for compounds in various development stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead one or more clinical trials for assigned compounds in therapeutic area
• Develop clinical development plans and program strategy in collaboration with Medical Director
• Create clinical and regulatory documents including protocols, safety updates, and registration dossiers
• Lead medical data review plan development and conduct ongoing efficacy and safety data review
• Coordinate internal and external committee meetings including dose escalation, DMC, and safety committees

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, MS or equivalent in medical, biological, pharmaceutical science or related field
• Minimum 6 years clinical research experience with 3+ years drug development
• Oncology or hematology drug development experience preferred
• Experience working in project-oriented matrixed team environments
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Compensation: $144,160–$216,240 base
