Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Float to other clinic locations required during the assignment. Ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, and document per clinic and payer requirements. Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and continuing education requirements. Experience supervising or directing discipline-specific therapy services and participation in student training preferred.

Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Duration: 13 Week assignment. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Start: Target start in May/June (approximate). Float Requirement: Candidate must be willing to float to other facilities as needed. Positions Available: 2 openings.
