Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with evaluation, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans and documentation of goals, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Experience supervising or delegating discipline-specific therapy services and participating in student education is preferred.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of safe patient handling, infection control, and workplace safety protocols.

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13-week assignment.
• Schedule: 5x8 shift structure with flexible needs for 40 hours and two evening shifts.
