Financial Analyst – ATACMS Program Finance Description: You will be the Financial Analyst for the ATACMS program finance team. Our team is responsible for driving program business rhythm, analyzing data, and providing financial guidance to program leadership. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Analyst you will be responsible for delivering financial insight and supporting decision‑making across the ATACMS program. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Perform program business rhythm with key stakeholders. Develop performance metrics and conduct variance analysis. Review and validate Estimate to Complete updates. Prepare data and materials for internal and external reviews. Support budget, schedule, and quarterly Contract Status Reviews. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related area. Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis. Experience establishing and managing program cost baselines. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau. Ability to multi‑task and take on challenging assignments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Aptitude to facilitate results, self‑starter, process‑oriented, and structured problem‑solver. Desired Skills Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience in the Defense Industry. Experience with Oracle, Cobra, and Power BI. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance. The selected candidate must be a U.S. citizen, possess an active Secret clearance to start, and the facility requires special access. Other Important Information Location: Dallas, Texas.
