Position Summary

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the towing lot and fleet vehicles while providing excellent customer service. This position ensures vehicles are clean and presentable, the lot remains free of debris, and customers receive assistance retrieving personal belongings from their vehicles.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and organization of fleet vehicles and parking lots.
• Wash, clean, vacuum, and detail vehicles as required.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections for cleanliness and overall condition.
• Patrol and pick up litter, debris, and other materials throughout the lot to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Escort customers to their vehicles when needed to retrieve personal belongings and ensure a safe and positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with locating vehicles within the lot and answer basic questions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or any damage promptly.
• Follow all company safety procedures and vehicle operating policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by fleet management.

• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Works well under pressure.

Physical Requirements :

• Sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours depending on shift).
• Walk throughout the lot yard as needed.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
