Requirements: • 4+ years experience accounting for Mergers and Acquisitions activities. • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA designation. • Ability to assess accuracy of financial statements, existence of significant current contracts and sufficiency of assets when reviewing representations and warranties insurance applications.
