Flossophie Dental + Ortho is a modern PPO and Fee-For-Service (FFS) general dental and orthodontic practice. Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working within the dental field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to engage easily in conversation with patients.
Organizational Skills: Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Patient Hospitality: Greet and check in patients with a friendly, outgoing personality, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
Scheduling Coordination: Manage the appointment calendar for both general dentistry and orthodontics to ensure optimal patient flow.
Insurance & Billing: Facilitate insurance verification and help patients understand their benefits and financial responsibilities.
Administrative Operations: Manage multi-line phones, patient records, and digital correspondence with high attention to detail.
Treatment Advocacy: Support the clinical team by effectively communicating treatment importance and helping patients schedule their next steps.
Collaboration: Maintain the office’s "SoCal feel" by working supportively with teammates to provide a seamless patient journey.

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: One per month (schedule to be discussed)
Sunday: Closed
