Every pair of bespoke boots and custom leather item is handcrafted in-house, using premium leathers or client-provided hides, and supported by a complimentary Lifetime Repair Membership. Zephan Parker is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented individual to join our Houston workshop and train in the production of handcrafted luxury goods. No prior leatherworking or bootmaking experience is required. We are specifically interested in individuals with the natural aptitude, discipline, and attention to detail required to master a highly specialized craft. The ideal candidate is someone who: Has excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Is naturally skilled at building, assembling, repairing, or creating Is comfortable working with hand tools and equipment Has exceptional attention to detail and precision Can maintain focus while performing intricate, hands-on work Is patient and methodical rather than rushed Learns physical processes quickly and follows instruction well Is dependable, punctual, and consistent Takes personal responsibility for the quality of their work Has high standards and genuine pride in workmanship Experience in fields such as woodworking, fabrication, automotive, machining, jewelry, sewing, upholstery, fine art, model building, construction, or other hands-on disciplines may be beneficial but is not required. The Opportunity The selected candidate will receive hands-on training from experienced craftspeople in our Houston workshop. Over time, you will develop specialized skills used in the creation of bespoke products made individually for our clients.
