Remote Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys advocating for injured clients, managing cases independently, and driving strong case outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters through the pre-suit phase, with litigation experience viewed as a significant advantage. Bilingual candidates who can effectively serve both English and Spanish-speaking clients are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or resolution. Handle all aspects of pre-suit case management, including liability analysis, treatment monitoring, settlement negotiations, and demand preparation. Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties involved in the claims process. Review medical records, billing records, and supporting documentation to evaluate damages. Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance companies. Develop case strategy and provide clients with clear guidance throughout the claims process. Draft demand packages, correspondence, and other legal documents. For attorneys with litigation experience, assist with or independently manage litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and hearings. Maintain accurate case files and ensure matters progress efficiently toward resolution. Deliver exceptional client service while achieving strong case results. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience. Pre-suit personal injury experience required. Litigation experience preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills. Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Why This Opportunity?
