Remote Litigation Attorney

Job Description

My client, a large multi-office law firm, is seeking a LitigationAttorney with 1-3 years of experience for their team in CA. The candidate will work directly with and learn from a highly experienced and fun group of attorneys and staff members. This is a culture-centric work environment that offers a diverse caseload, work life balance, and a generous compensation package. This is a fully WFH opportunity, candidates must be licensed in and reside in California.


Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in CA.
• 1-3+ years of experience preferably handling professional or general liability cases but open to other civil litigation experience.
• The candidate must be a team player willing to assist other team members when necessary.
• Should have exceptional writing, research, and litigation skills. Must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and work in a team environment are required.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation package with mechanical bonus structure for exceeding 1800 hours - caps at 2100 hours and $40k on top of your salary
