SUMMARY :
Our client is a well-established law firm based in Midland, Texas, with a strong reputation for providing high-quality legal representation to clients across Texas and the surrounding states. The firm has extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation matters, with a primary focus on commercial litigation and insurance defense. The firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney - Commercial Litigation / Insurance Defense
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Prior litigation experience in a private law firm environment.
- Experience handling commercial litigation, insurance defense, or related civil litigation matters.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and case management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff.
EXPERIENCE :
- Demonstrated experience managing litigation matters in a law firm setting.
- Experience with commercial disputes, insurance defense litigation, or general civil litigation.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents is preferred.
SKILLS :
- Strong legal research and writing abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and case evaluation skills.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a remote environment.

- Location: Remote
- Eligible locations: Houston, Texas, or Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
