Schedule: Monday-Friday
Start Time: Midnight-4:00 AM
Home Daily | Typical 8-hour workday

Position Summary

Toft Dairy is seeking a dependable CDL Class A Delivery Driver to safely deliver and unload milk, ice cream, and other dairy products to customers locations. This is a local route position where drivers return home daily while representing Ohio's oldest dairy.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-oriented, and committed to delivering products accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A truck on assigned local delivery routes
• Deliver dairy products to retail, food service, and customer locations
• Load and unload products using pallet jacks and hand carts
• Verify delivery quantities and complete required paperwork
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Handle products according to food safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance
• Provide excellent customer service at all delivery locations
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Current DOT medical card
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
• Experience operating a 10-speed manual transmission required
• Strong safety record and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Push and pull loaded pallet jacks and hand carts
• Climb in and out of truck throughout the day
• Work in refrigerated environments and varying weather conditions
• Perform physical delivery work in a fast-paced environment
