We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Scheduling Coordinator opportunity at NDX Thayer Dental Laboratory in Mechanicsburg, PA . The regular hours for this position are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position: Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed as described in the procedural SOP Sort and attach doctor prescriptions, notes, etc. to the case pan Calling customers to verify and/or gather information to properly schedule cases Primary responsibility is to schedule incoming cases Properly pack completed cases Verify and properly consolidate all cases to prepare for shipping Sort and properly ship packages that require express services Disburse cases for local drivers Maintain proper level of assembled shipping boxes Responsible for organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work area free of debris Answering telephones Assist with filing and/or scanning completed paperwork properly Assist with supply request fulfillment as needed All other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Required: Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Strong ability to comprehend and execute on both written and verbal instructions Strong knowledge of computers High level of organizational skill with the ability to prioritize work Ability to collaborate with all team members Strong critical thinking skills for problem solving Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task Minimum Education and Experience Required: Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: strong knowledge of dental terminology No experience required Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used: Disinfectant process chemicals Personal protective equipment as required Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time Repetitive movement with a computer mouse Spend extended time in front of a computer screen Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds Team Player Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Dedicated Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Education High School or Equivalent or better.
