What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional buying experience
• Learn about each customer’s needs, budget, and lifestyle
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle technology, safety features, and financing options
• Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and walk-in customers
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
• Work with managers to achieve monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience, retail experience, hospitality, customer service, or automotive sales experience is a plus—but not required
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

No Automotive Sales Experience? That’s okay.
