School Psychologist - Milford, DE

Key Qualifications:

Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
Experience or interest in providing psychological services to PreK-aged children
Knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies tailored to early childhood
Strong communication abilities to engage with students, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
Dedication to supporting inclusion and promoting social, emotional, and academic well-being

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for PreK students
Interpret evaluation results and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide counseling, consultation, and support for students, teachers, and families
Implement evidence-based interventions and collaborate on behavior management plans
Engage in team meetings to help shape learning strategies and accommodations
Maintain confidential records and adhere to all professional and ethical standards
