Job PostingSpringfield, VA Top Secret/SCI CI Polygraph Mid Level Career (5+ yrs experience) Salary not specifiedJob DescriptionYou will be responsible for the use and operation, movement, and storage of all AV equipment, and providing customer support in the use and troubleshooting of all audio-visual equipment. Tasks and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to the following:Daily conference room checks: verify all equipment is online, functioning and chargedDaily meeting support: hands on technical support resource for customers for all conference room meeting needs, including video, audio, webex, room computer connectivity, and lap connectivitySupport customer during meetings, including video teleconferencing, video display of laptops and/or room computer presentations, WebEx setupLog all transactions with customers in ServiceNowTroubleshoot and resolve AV issuesWhat You'll Need To Succeed:Qualifications:BS and 5+ years of experience and/or equivalent combination of years of experience/educationExperience supporting telephony, video, network and/or other collaboration devicesExperience providing customer service and end user supportHands on experience troubleshooting and resolving A/V issuesStrong written and verbal communication skillsDesired Skills:Minimum of four years' experience with AV technologiesAdditional experience with Cisco Telepresence endpoints, WebEx, Cisco CMS and Cisco JabberLocation: Customer SiteTS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly - US Citizenship Required
