This position focuses on initiating contact with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales and tax advisory teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, introducing Simple Tax Solutions' services, and gathering key client information to support the sales process. The Sales Opener will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up with leads, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth handoff to closer-level sales representatives or tax professionals. This role involves meeting daily and weekly outreach goals, providing excellent customer service, and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Sales-oriented mindset with experience or interest in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting. Customer service skills, including patience, problem-solving, and professionalism in handling questions and concerns. Basic computer and administrative skills, such as using CRM or contact management tools, email, and call tracking software. Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA, maintain a consistent full-time schedule, and collaborate effectively with team members. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks simultaneously. High level of integrity and reliability; prior experience in sales, call centers, or financial services is a plus but not required.
