As a Security Officer - Driver Patrol - Full Time in Sturtevant, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a patrol officer in a retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so you may operate a vehicle as part of your daily responsibilities in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and customer support expectations within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate observations to site contacts when appropriate.
• Support emergency response activities when needed, including assisting with directions, crowd management, and documentation related to security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
