Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Store Manager to help lead our SoHo boutique. This individual will partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver an elevated client experience, and foster a high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment, leads by example, and is passionate about developing both people and business. What You’ll Do Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve store goals. Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an elevated and personalized client experience. Coach, motivate, and develop the team Support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of boutique staff. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team culture. Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently executed. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and operational excellence. Partner with the Stock team to maintain inventory accuracy, replenishment, and organization. Analyze store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity, and client experience. Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence. Qualifications 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in contemporary or luxury retail. Proven ability to drive sales while leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for styling, client experience, and luxury retail. Highly organized with excellent time management and problem‑solving skills.
