A leading Louisiana urology practice with approximately 70% market share is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join its growing team. Walk into immediate patient volume, strong administrative support, and a physician-friendly environment with minimal bureaucracy.

The Opportunity
• Established, high-volume urology practice
• Bread-and-butter general urology with subspecialty growth opportunities
• Strong APP support, including call coverage
• 4.5-day workweek with dedicated clinic and OR time
• Access to 12 Da Vinci robotic systems
• Visa sponsorship available
• Excellent practice autonomy

• $600,000 guaranteed base salary
• RVU production bonus plus call pay + uncapped compensation
