Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.

Experience Requirements: 5-10 years of professional sales experience in pools, landscape construction, outdoor living, home renovation, or related industries. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and closing contracts. Experience generating leads through referrals, networking, and relationship building. Proficiency with 3D design software (Pool Studio preferred), Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms. Strong understanding of construction concepts, site conditions, permitting processes, and technical requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.

Job Duties: Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking events, and community involvement. Manage the complete sales cycle from initial consultation through contract execution and project handoff. Design custom pools and outdoor living spaces using 3D design software. Conduct site evaluations, measurements, and assessments to ensure designs are functional and buildable. Present professional proposals and educate clients on design options, materials, features, and project value. Collaborate with drafting, engineering, permitting, and construction teams throughout the project development process. Serve as the primary point of contact during the design and sales phase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline activity. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue goals.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, networking events, and property evaluations. Ability to walk outdoor job sites and navigate varying terrain. Ability to perform field measurements and assessments as needed. Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
