Team Lead

Job Summary: As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of a dynamic team within our organization. Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of projects, you will be a key driver of team performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a dedicated team, providing guidance, support, and direction to team members

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align team goals and objectives with the overall business strategy

- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity

- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development and growth

- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering technical expertise and problem-solving support to the team

-Participate in the planning and execution of project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

- Represent the team in meetings and discussions, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and recommendations

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar team lead or supervisory role, preferably in the printing, publishing, or a related industry

- Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with digital printing, imaging, or content creation technologies

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

- Proficient in project management, problem-solving, and decision-making

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (some Fridays with mandatory overtime) - 5:45pm - 6:00am

Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour (including differential)
