We're looking for an experienced Travelling Superintendent to join a growing commercial general contractor. What you'll be doing: Leading projects from site mobilisation through to completion. Managing subcontractors, schedules and day-to-day site operations. Delivering ground-up commercial construction and tenant improvement (TI) projects safely, on time and to a high standard. Maintaining exceptional quality, safety and client relationships throughout the build. Coordinating closely with Project Managers, owners and design teams. What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects. Strong tenant improvement (TI) experience. Ability and willingness to travel for projects across Texas and the wider U.S. Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. Experience delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail or mission-critical environments. Bonus points if you have: Experience managing multiple trades on technically challenging projects. OSHA certifications. What's on offer: Excellent base salary. Per diem and travel expenses.
