Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications. Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers and clients regarding project updates. Resolve on‑site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum. Prepare and submit timely reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements. Profile Proven experience in managing construction projects within the property industry, particularly in healthcare or higher‑ed sectors. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and interact with clients. Expertise in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
