Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure high-quality resident care and efficient operations.

• Lead, mentor, and support interdisciplinary teams while promoting a positive workplace culture.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the local community.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.

• Manage staffing, budgeting, and administrative functions to support operational excellence.

• Maintain effective office management practices with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Promote continuous quality improvement and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License required.

• Experience in long-term care and/or healthcare administration.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• A genuine passion for improving the quality of life for seniors.
