Manufacturing Engineer: Lead Projects & Lean Improvements

nVent in Anoka, MN is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own projects from concept to completion. You will troubleshoot production issues, lead RCCA, and manage ECOs while mentoring a small team of engineering technicians. You will apply Lean tools, design fixtures, support CAPEX requests, and work with CAD (SolidWorks) and Minitab, JD Edwards ERP, and Enovia PLM to improve quality and material flow.
