Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required
• Active or eligible SLP license in the state of Alabama
• Experience with diverse school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services according to IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and family members to support student progress and facilitate inclusive classroom environments
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation per school and district requirements
