What You'll Need:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering progress in students of varying abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support educational goals
• Provide recommendations on modifications, accommodations, and strategies for classroom success
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and required reports
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
