Quality Control Manager

$29.05 per hour

Fort Bragg, NC

Set Hourly Pay Rate: $29.05 USD

Shift: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess custodial quality and operational performance
Conduct daily assessment inspections; review and respond to customer inspection reports and deduction issues
Analyze deficiency patterns and build improvement strategies for managers, supervisors, and crew leaders
Ensure compliance with contract Performance Work Statement (PWS), OSHA standards, and CMI quality standards
Oversee the internal inspection system and performance tracking via the JAMs program
Implement customer satisfaction programs; schedule visits with high-value customers
Report quality issues to the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and Director of Quality Assurance
Maintain electronic inspection and performance records
Respond promptly to contracting office staff, facility managers, and customers

Qualification

College degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality control and management
Knowledge of OSHA, SDS, Bloodborne Pathogens, and CMI/CIMS standards
Experience with electronic tracking systems (MAXIMO, SAMS, TAMS, JAMS)
Valid driver’s license (held for 3+ years); acceptable driving record required
Candidates with disabilities preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, bend, kneel, and stoop
Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in dusty or adverse weather conditions
