Senior Operations Manager

As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to safely and efficiently move product through our distribution network. You and your team will also be responsible for inventory management and accountability. As a manager in our business, you and your team must provide outstanding customer service to your internal and external customers. Senior Distribution Manager Principle Leader of our largest distribution center in the company Partner with Distribution and Transportation Teams for effective product movement Develop a high functioning team of Supervisors, Leads and Distribution Associates Encourage and reward safe behavior Influence direction and effectiveness of Raymour and Flanigan's Distribution and Transportation Network Recruit and retain high performers Develop department financial goals and meet or exceed those goals Build individual and team credibility throughout the organization Embrace and Drive change within the team and throughout the organization Qualifications High School Diploma and minimum of two years of college coursework required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strategic decision-making skills. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs. Effective communication skills. Ability to motivate others. Minimum five years of applicable experience managing teams in warehouse environment. Physical Requirements Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 50 lbs.
