Personal Injury Pre Suit Attorney

Summary Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice, must be able to sit in our Raleigh, NC office. The Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation. NC Bar required. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval processManage a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises. Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school An active member in good standing with the NCState Bar Association 2+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Benefits Full-time employees, we offer an excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
