Train to become a future State Farm agent in the Aspirant Program
ResponsibilitiesComplete agency-supported licensing training to become a licensed P&C (and eventually Life & Health) insurance agent
Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Learn and apply consultative selling techniques specific to insurance products
Build a client base and work toward consistent monthly and annual sales targets
Represent the agency and the State Farm brand with professionalism in every interaction
Receive ongoing coaching as you grow from new agent to top producer
RequirementsA demonstrated track record of success in sales any industry (retail, auto, real estate, financial services, B2B, telecom, home services, etc.)
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Comfort working toward monthly and annual sales goals
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn a new industry
Professionalism consistent with representing a nationally recognized brand
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (agency will support this process)California Property & Casualty insurance license.
Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
Natural ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.
