With varied and dynamic day-to-day functions, you will apply your service orientation, analysis and good judgment toward ensuring comprehensive occupational therapy care for patients.**Responsibilities*** You will perform well in stress and emergency situations* You will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment* You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed* You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate* You will communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients**Requirements*** State of Washington Occupational Therapist license* Minimum one (1) year of previous experience in occupational therapy preferred**Our Values**As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $49.36 - $78.25 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
