Schedule

• Tuesday – Thursday:10 AM-7 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 8 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday: OFF

What You'll Do

• Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer service
• Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
• Meet daily activity goals (150+ calls per day)
• Work closely with leadership to improve performance and grow professionally

What We're Looking For

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Strong time management abilities

✔ Comfortable using computers and learning new software

✔ High School Diploma or GED required

✔ CRM experience is a plus, but not required
