Through workshops, seminars, networking events, sponsorships, and community outreach, we help families protect what matters most while building meaningful relationships throughout New York. We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, results-driven Community Engagement Manager to own our community presence, event execution, outreach efforts, and attendance growth initiatives. This is not an administrative role. This is a performance-driven position for someone who loves people, thrives on execution, enjoys being out in the community, and wants to make a measurable impact. Location: HQ in Chatham, NY, Albany Office, PT Remote (Events throughout Capital Region to Northern Dutchess County). Salary: $50,000-$60,000 Base + Performance-Based Discretionary Bonuses + Mileage Reimbursement. Position Overview: The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for planning, promoting, coordinating, and executing Four Corners Legacy Law events while helping drive attendance, supporting workshop registrations, building referral relationships, and expanding Four Corners Legacy Law's presence throughout New York. This role serves as the connection point between Marketing, Intake, Attorneys, Referral Partners, and the Community. The successful candidate will own event execution from start to finish and will be held accountable to performance metrics and growth goals. While office hours are generally Monday through Friday, flexibility is required. The successful candidate must be willing to: Attend evening workshops and seminars. Attend networking events after business hours. Participate in occasional weekend community events. Travel regularly between the Albany and Chatham offices, and into Northern Dutchess County. Travel throughout the region for events and outreach opportunities. Adjust work schedules as necessary to support firm events. Work hours will flex based on business needs and event schedules. Key Responsibilities: Event Ownership & Execution: Own the Four Corners Legacy Law event calendar. Coordinate workshops, seminars, webinars, sponsorships, and networking events. Manage vendors, venues, supplies, registrations, and logistics. Ensure flawless event execution. Coordinate setup and breakdown. Deliver a 5-star attendee experience. Track event performance and attendance metrics. Attendance Growth & Booking Support: Assist in driving event attendance. Support registration and confirmation efforts. Work closely with Intake and the Marketing Assistant to maximize attendance. Conduct attendee outreach and reminders. Assist with post-event follow-up. Support workshop and event attendance goals. Community Outreach & Relationship Development: Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations. Attend networking events and community functions with the owner and alone. Identify speaking opportunities for attorneys. Coordinate sponsorship opportunities. Develop relationships that expand Four Corners Legacy Law's visibility and reach. Marketing Collaboration: Ensure Marketing receives event information in advance. Support event promotion efforts with the Marketing Assistant. Capture photos, videos, and testimonials. Coordinate social media opportunities. Assist with post-event reporting and content collection. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Success in this role is measured by results. Performance metrics may include: Event Performance: Events executed successfully. Attendance goals achieved. Event readiness and organization. Event satisfaction scores. Community Engagement: Networking events attended. Referral partner relationships developed. Speaking opportunities secured. Sponsorship opportunities created. Operational Excellence: Follow-through. Sponsorship opportunities. Initiative and ownership. Overall contribution to firm growth. Required Qualifications: Event planning or event management experience. Exceptional organizational skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable attending networking events and community functions. Comfortable representing the firm professionally in public settings. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel regularly throughout upstate New York. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Community outreach experience. Business development experience. Marketing coordination experience. CRM experience (Zoho preferred). Eventbrite experience. Social media familiarity.
