Now Hiring: Payroll Operations Supervisor Location: Greenville, SC (Hybrid – Mon–Wed in office | Thu–Fri remote) Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually + benefits We are seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Supervisor to lead and support day-to-day payroll operations for a large multi-state workforce. This role will supervise a team and partner closely with managed service providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of Payroll Operations & Employee Services Specialists Manage day-to-day payroll operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Partner with managed services providers (ADP and Ceridian) to deliver payroll services Act as the escalation point for payroll-related issues and service tickets Lead quarter‑end and year‑end payroll activities including W2 reconciliation and corrections Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and payroll regulations Identify process improvements through analysis of ServiceNow and ADP CRM tickets Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of multi‑state payroll processing experience in high‑volume environments (7,000+ employees preferred) 3+ years of payroll team leadership or supervisory experience Experience with ADP GlobalView, Ceridian Dayforce, or SuccessFactors preferred Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus Strong Excel and analytical skills What We’re Looking For Deep understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processing Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet payroll deadlines Apply now or message me directly to learn more. #J-18808-Ljbffr APIDEL LTD
