Lead Front Office Associate

Job Summary Lead Front Office Associate at RAYUS Radiology. Full‑time, 7:30 am–4:00 pm. Lead the front office team, provide patient and referring professional services, and improve processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Registration (30%) – Greet and check‑in patients, answer and transfer calls, maintain front‑office organization, order supplies, process appointments, fax/scan documents. Scheduling (15%) – Arrange transport, interpreters, and accommodations; enter and submit exam orders; schedule walk‑ins; maintain an accurate scheduling list. Insurance (15%) – Verify coverage, pre‑certify exams, obtain authorizations, and facilitate ROI requests. Functional Team Leadership (35%) – Train and onboard new members; conduct meetings; assist hiring; approve timecards; manage performance evaluations; schedule staffing; drive process improvements; enforce policies; provide support; manage the department in the supervisor’s absence; lead special projects. Other (5%) – Complete tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Four years of customer service experience Two years of medical front‑office experience with training and coaching skills Knowledge of medical terminology Experience leading/mentoring others Business office experience with minimal processing errors Medical insurance knowledge Proficient typing and computer skills Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel) Preferred Associate degree in a medical related field Previous supervisory experience Bilingual Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; life and disability insurance; tuition reimbursement; adoption assistance; pet insurance; paid time off and holiday pay.
