We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a multispecialty fee-for-service dental office. If youre a strong communicator with a proven sales background and a passion for patient care, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and guide patients through treatment options.
- Build strong patient relationships to ensure treatment acceptance.
- Coordinate and manage treatment plans with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in achieving office goals by using sales techniques to promote patient care.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (applicants who are not bilingual will not be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is a must.
- Minimum one year of experience.
- Dental background and familiarity with dental terminology is a must.
- A professional and supportive work environment.
