Manage multiple concurrent SaaS implementations from kickoff through launch and stabilization. Lead requirements, solution design, status, and other client meetings. Develop and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate activities across client stakeholders, internal teams, and third parties. Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs. Analyze business processes and recommend solutions that leverage product capabilities and best practices. Configure workflows, business rules, roles, permissions, reporting, reference data, and other application functionality. Define integration requirements, data mappings, business rules, and interfaces between the SaaS platform and other systems. Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, file-based integrations, data migration, and related activities. Troubleshoot functional, configuration, data, and integration issues. Develop and execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage issues through resolution. Develop documentation and deliver training to client administrators and business users. Coordinate production readiness, cutover, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
