• Previous experience as a school paraprofessional, CNA, or RBT

What You’ll Do:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instruction
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need extra support
• Implement behavior plans and support students with special needs
• Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students during daily activities, transitions, and field trips
• Provide feedback on student progress and communicate with teachers and support staff
• Contribute to a collaborative and caring educational team
