We're seeking an EEC Certified Toddler Teacher to join our loving and experienced team at our Plymouth center. If you're an experienced toddler teacher, infant teacher, infant/toddler teacher, or preschool teacher who loves the 15 months–3 years age group , we'd love to meet you. In this role, you will lead a classroom of curious and active toddlers, guiding them through essential milestones with patience, positivity, and purpose. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required) Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals Some requirements of the role include: Flexibility to work 7:00AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials Supporting social-emotional development and early learning milestones through play-based, age-appropriate activities Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment Assisting with daily routines, including toilet training, diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime Tracking children's progress and completing required assessments Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry Helping toddlers build independence, language, and confidence What Magical Beginnings offers you: Paid sick time 13 paid holidays*, plus a guaranteed paid week-long winter break Paid snow days and vacation time* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Long-term disability Company-paid life insurance with additional voluntary coverage Parental leave Child care discount ($25/day) Weekly pay and direct deposit Referral and enrollment bonuses Classroom tablets A budget for classroom supplies Paid classroom planning time Free coffee and tea Teachers’ lounge and break room Mentor program Teacher appreciation events Team building activities Holiday parties and seasonal events School community outreach projects *Available to full-time employees only $18 - $24 an hour Payroll is processed weekly.
