The combination of offering a comprehensive suite of health insurance solutions and enrollment technologies allows agents unparalleled opportunities for success. We are actively seeking the region’s top health insurance agents to help build this unique health marketplace that combines the ability to sell to an existing member network and by offering competitive policies from other leading health insurance carriers and a comprehensive suite of ancillary products. This position starts on a direct hire basis, with a hybrid office schedule and unlimited career growth potential. REWARDS Hourly pay of $20 + uncapped commissions! Company 401k program REQUIREMENTS Current, active Health Insurance License 1+ years of health insurance sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Knowledge of ACA, Medicare, or ancillary health products is a plus. RESPONSIBILTIES Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients by assessing healthcare coverage needs and recommending appropriate individual, family, Medicare, or employer-sponsored health insurance plans. Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls, referrals, networking, and follow-up, to generate new business opportunities while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Educate clients on plan options, premiums, deductibles, provider networks, and coverage details to ensure informed enrollment decisions and a high-quality customer experience. Complete insurance applications, maintain accurate client records, and ensure all enrollments, renewals, and policy changes are processed in compliance with state and federal regulations, carrier guidelines, and HIPAA requirements. Provide ongoing client support by resolving policy questions, assisting with renewals, addressing coverage concerns, and serving as a trusted resource throughout the policy lifecycle.
