Customer Service Representative (B2B Support)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (B2B Support) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our business clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

The wage for this position is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Principal Functional Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of customer service contact for B2B clients via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to orders, issue resolution, product/service inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and improve service processes
• Provide product and service education to clients as needed
• Assist in onboarding new business clients and ensuring a smooth transition
• Monitor key account activity and proactively address potential issues.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Lead virtual meetings cross functionally, along with customers
• Develop strong understanding of Dealer Channel products, services and processes

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in B2B customer service environment within the cabinet industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to manage and de-escalate customer concerns
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with the industry and products/services offerings
• Ability to lead meetings cross functionally and with external stakeholders
