Remote RN Case Manager Telephonic Care Coordination
CVS Health
CVS Health is seeking a Telephonic RN Case Manager to support fully and self-insured clients from a remote location across the US. You will apply clinical guidelines, coordinate care and advocate for members while collaborating with care teams and supervisors. The role requires 5+ years as an RN (including hospital experience), a multistate license via NLC or individual state licenses, and oncology experience. This full-time position offers 40 hours weekly and a comprehensive benefits package.
