Remote RN Case Manager & Care Coordinator
CVS Health
CVS Health is seeking a Case Management Coordinator in Illinois to support members with scheduling, benefits education, and access to care. The role requires clinical experience and an active RN license in Illinois.
You will work from home within designated IL areas, traveling up to 50-75% of the time with mileage reimbursed. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of clinical experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently using multiple systems such as MS Office 365.
