This might be your next calling. What You'll Be DoingLeading the team - You'll provide direct supervision to program staff and make sure services are delivered with excellence.Creating a therapeutic environment - You'll monitor the milieu to ensure every youth's treatment plan is supported with care and consistency.Keeping communication flowing - You'll help departments stay connected and collaborate with outside agencies when needed.Owning documentation & development - You'll oversee paperwork, support program growth, and help us evolve in meaningful ways. If you're nodding along, you're already halfway there. What You'll Need to BringA bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in a child‑caring facilityLeadership skills that inspire, mentor, and motivateSelf‑starter energy - someone who can run with tasks and meet timelines independentlyFlexibility to support the needs of the program and the youth we serveA valid driver's license All persons applying for these positions must be willing and able to perform "Safe Crisis Management", a technique used to restrain or transport a resident who has temporarily lost control of their behavior.
